We measure our success by the difference we make in the communities where we work. That’s why all our people have two paid volunteering days each year to give back in a range of different ways, through reading schemes, skills-based volunteering and team-based activities.
We take our social impact seriously, so prefer to build longer-term partnerships with a few chosen charities and focus on areas where we can truly make a difference.
This means we’re only open to partnerships with charities that align with our responsible business principles of promoting inclusion and the arts.

Our community partner: Future First
We work together to build students' confidence, increase their knowledge of the range of careers in an international law firm and inspire them to reach their full potential.

We support their work in inspiring thousands of young people every year to conceptualise, collaborate and create.
Find out more about our partnershipWhether it’s running half-marathons or growing a moustache for Movember, if our people take part in fundraising, we'll match what they raise. This helps us support smaller charities and those that have personal significance to our employees.
We also encourage giving through our payroll. These donations are paid by us on behalf of our employees, before tax, which makes it easy for everyone to give to their favourite charities every month.
Our Make A Difference volunteering programme encourages our people to offer their time and experience in support of a range of community organisations. These small individual contributions mean that, together, we can make a greater impact as a business.
