As a Brand Protection Innovation and Operational Efficiency Manager, I continually monitor the Tech IP landscape in order to audit, research, develop, and implement the most up to date software available in the IP industry which will help drive efficiencies and cost benefits to our clients.
Having previously worked in the IP Tech sector on the vendor side for 10 years and prior to that, managing a large formalities team for very active trade mark clients at various law firms give me invaluable insight into the tech landscape and how that relates to the operations of our IP team.
