James Minshull

James is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate group. He advises on a broad range of commercial real estate work, including investment acquisitions and disposals, development, asset management and corporate real estate. 

James also has experience of acting for both lenders and borrowers in respect of financing for commercial properties. James works with a variety of clients, including institutional investors, developers, pension funds and corporate occupiers, across a several sectors, including office, retail, life sciences, hospitality and leisure, and logistics.
