Olaf Kranz

Olaf advises on legal disputes and represents his clients both before ordinary courts and before national and international arbitration tribunals.

He is particularly active in the field of corporate law, specializing in shareholders’ disputes, directors’ and officers’ liability cases, disputes arising from corporate transactions and antitrust damages litigation.

Olaf is Managing Partner of Taylor Wessing Germany.
