Supporting Inflexion's partnership with TC Group

We have advised leading mid-market private equity firm Inflexion on its investment into Accountancy Age's ‘Top 30’ firm, TC Group, a provider of accountancy and taxation services to UK SMEs. 

TC Group has a strong track record of growth, both organic and through acquisitions, with 29 acquisitions completed to date and a strong pipeline of further potential opportunities. Inflexion brings significant buy and build experience to support the TC Group with this strategy as well as extensive experience in the professional services sector. 

The deal required expertise drawn from across the firm's private equity team and other specialist teams including tax, banking, commercial, employment, pensions and real estate.
