We have acted as UK counsel for Loopio, a leading provider of Request for Proposal (RFP) response software on its acquisition of Avnio, a 100% Salesforce-native Response Management solution.

Loopio is one of Canada’s fastest-growing tech startups. It ranked twice as one of the fastest-growing companies on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ list and selected twice as one of LinkedIn’s Top Startups in Canada.
Avnio is the only Request for X (RFx) solution that is 100% native to Salesforce, and 75% of Loopio customers are using Salesforce as their CRM of choice today. This acquisition allows Loopio to provide a holistic RFx experience for customers, leaning into Loopio's strength of content management and deep RFx workflows, alongside the power of Avnio’s analytics and automation in Salesforce.
