A venture capital fund managed by Lisbon-based Faber Capital has participated in the Series Seed financing round of Hamburg/Lisbon-based ANNEA.ai GmbH with a total volume of around one million euros. A team of the international law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Hamburg-based partner Jens Wolf and Hamburg-based senior associate Philipp Hoegl, advised Faber Capital on all legal issues in connection with ANNEA.ai’s Series Seed financing round.
In addition to the venture capital fund managed by Faber Capital, Innoport, the Hamburg-based venture capital division of Schulte group, invested in the course of ANNEA.ai's Series Seed funding round.
