Augsburg-based ZeKju GmbH has raised capital from investors including 20VC, Prequel Ventures, Combination Ventures and SDAC as part of its seed financing round.
A team from the international commercial law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Hamburg-based salary partner Philipp Hoegl, advised ZeKju on all legal matters relating to the seed financing round.
ZeKju's platform-based technology enables shippers, freight forwarders and carriers to digitally exchange text messages, documents and images in a single application, thus closing communication gaps. In addition, this technology drives further automation by integrating real-time truck data such as geolocation, axle load or CO2 emissions.
