Advising on sale of Sirenum Limited

We have advised the shareholders and optionholders of Sirenum Limited on the sale of Sirenum to a subsidiary of Bullhorn Inc., the cloud computing company that helps recruiting organisations transform their businesses.

Sirenum is the world's leading workforce management platform for people who work shifts. Its suite of solutions encompasses scheduling and shift management, compliance in complex regulatory environments, and optimisation for workforce deployment.

This acquisition is a major investment to help Bullhorn for Salesforce enterprise customers, especially those in Europe, grow and scale their businesses in the new world of work.

This complex deal drew on deep expertise across the firm's corporate, private equity, tax, commercial technology and data, data protection, employment, real estate, pensions, and banking & finance teams.
