Taylor Wessing grows market leading Private client team

Taylor Wessing today announced that it has appointed Kunal Vyas as a partner to its Private client team in London.

Kunal joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner where he acted for UK and international clients across the Private client spectrum including high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, trustees, financial institutions, fund managers and funds.

Kunal has extensive expertise advising clients on a wide range of matters, particularly with a tax focus, including personal taxation, wealth planning and the establishment of asset holding structures. Kunal also acts for financial institutions, funds and family offices on matters relating to investment platforms, fund formation and incentive arrangements. Kunal’s breadth of experience allows him to provide a holistic approach when advising on the range of issues that clients may face.

In addition to becoming a partner in the Private client team, Kunal will be an integral new addition to the firm's international Private wealth group, which has been recognised as a market leader for many years. Taylor Wessing is one of the few international law firms able to provide clients with a fully integrated legal service that addresses the personal, business and investment needs of high net worth individuals. The group draws upon the expertise of over 50 partners, located across 32 offices and spanning 13 practice areas, all of who are well versed in handling the needs of high net worth individuals.
