Numerous important issues are being addressed including in the area of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism as the COVID-19 pandemic may be used by the criminal world to launder illicit proceeds or the finance of terrorism. At the same time several statements have appeared from governmental bodies which shall be applied by the obliged institutions within the area of AML/CFT.

W dobie pandemii wiele dzieje się w relacjach biznesowych. Ważne kwestie dotykają także obszaru przeciwdziałania praniu pieniędzy i finansowaniu terroryzmu, jako że Pandemia Covid 19 może zostać wykorzystana przez świat przestępczy do prania nielegalnych dochodów. Jednocześnie pojawiło się ostatnio kilka ważnych stanowisk organów państwa, które należy uwzględniać przy stosowaniu przepisów o przeciwdziałaniu praniu pieniędzy i finansowaniu terroryzmu.
