The Adtech industry is under the scrutiny of data privacy regulators as the complex ecosystem grapples with the GDPR and EU ePrivacy rules. We look at some of the flashpoints, including lawful basis, transparency and consent, and analyse the views of regulators in different Member States. We also consider the viability of current industry solutions and look at how different Adtech players can achieve data privacy compliance.
