Katie Lewis

Katie is a senior counsel in the Tax and Incentives group, specialising in employee incentives. Katie advises on a full range of employee incentive matters, and has particular experience with takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, structuring of tax-favoured and non-tax favoured equity arrangements, and equity incentivisation for management and start-ups. She also advises on various employment tax issues.
