Alex focuses on multi-national patent litigation and advising clients on non-contentious patent issues in the technology, medical devices and life science sectors. He has been involved in a number of leading medical device and trade secret disputes in the High Court and Court of Appeal, and has experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional disputes for global healthcare companies.
