Yingyi is our UPC Legal Officer in the Intellectual Property practice group, specialising in litigation before the Unified Patent Court and supporting the firm's China practice group.
Her practice focuses on cross-border patent litigation and international arbitration. In the China practice, Yingyi assists Chinese companies in entering the European market and resolving IP-related disputes. In addition to her Chinese legal background, Yingyi is also a Juris Doctor with training in American law.
