Galina is a member of the Practice Area Banking & Finance. She advises banks, debt and investment funds, private equity investors and corporate borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border leveraged finance and acquisition financings as well as restructurings. Galina studied law at Goethe University Frankfurt with a major in business law, holds a doctorate degree in law from Heidelberg University, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Cornell Law School. She is dual-qualified and admitted to both the German and New York Bars. Galina speaks German, English and Russian.
