Andrea Hermanni

Andrea specialises in real estate law and advises on all issues relating to the leasing and renting of commercial property, land transactions, land rights (e.g. easements) and facility management of commercial property.

A further focus of her work lies in advising project developers on securing real estate, leasing the project property and its subsequent sale. Her projects include office properties, logistics space, shopping centres, retail parks, factory outlet centres and other retail space as well as production sites. Andrea’s advice also extends to existing properties including the associated asset/facility management.
