Taylor Wessing est l’appellation commerciale utilisée par un certain nombre de cabinets offrant des services professionnels à leurs clients à l’international (dénommés « bureaux TW »), ainsi que par d’autres entités affiliées.

Chaque bureau TW fait l’objet d’une entité juridique distincte ou bien d’un partenariat établi et régulé individuellement. Il exerce une activité juridique et professionnelle conforme à la réglementation locale. Chacun des bureaux TW est membre (ou affilié à un membre) du Verein Taylor Wessing, un Verein suisse (le « Verein »).

Le Verein ne fournit pas en soi de services aux clients et n’est pas responsable des actes ou omissions provenant de bureaux TW. La responsabilité des offres juridiques destinées aux clients est définie d’après les conditions générales en vigueur entre le bureau TW concerné et son client. Les bureaux TW ne sont pas engagés dans une relation de partenariat, ce qui signifie qu’aucun d’entre eux ne saurait être tenu responsable des actes et omissions d’un autre bureau.

Aucun bureau TW ne saurait agir en qualité d’agent ou de principal (ni n’exercerait une quelconque autorité ou un moyen de pression) sur tout autre bureau TW, ou même sur le Verein. Les mêmes dispositions s’appliquent au Verein qui ne saurait agir en qualité d’agent ou de principal (ni exercer une quelconque autorité ou un moyen de pression) sur tout bureau TW.

Les bureaux TW sont : Taylor Wessing UK, Taylor Wessing France, Taylor Wessing Allemagne, Taylor Wessing Belgique, Taylor Wessing Autriche, Taylor Wessing République Tchèque, Taylor Wessing Hongrie, Taylor Wessing Slovaquie, Taylor Wessing Pologne, Taylor Wessing Ukraine, Taylor Wessing Pays-Bas, Taylor Wessing Hong Kong et Taylor Wessing Irlande. 

Taylor Wessing dispose également de bureaux représentatifs à Pékin et Shanghai, bureaux en Californie et à New York, ainsi que une association avec DR & AJU (Corée du sud). 

Toute référence à “Taylor Wessing” sur ce site web ou bien à une « activité juridique internationale », une « firme » ou un « cabinet », peuvent faire allusion à un ou plusieurs bureaux TW, ou même au Verein.
