Karin Pomaizlová started her legal practice in 1996. Heading the Intellectual Property and IT team at Taylor Wessing Czech Republic, she is also partner at that international law firm. She specializes in trademark law, unfair competition, advertising and copyright protection. Representing many major Czech and international clients, she also provides practical advice on data protection compliance and HR issues.
