We appointed Taylor Wessing to represent management in the transaction, and Suzy, Scarlett and Callum were an effective team, covering the volume of activity against very tight timelines. They excelled themselves throughout, providing expert guidance and injecting clarity and efficiency in to what was an otherwise complex process. I could not be more impressed with Suzy, she is the consummate professional, competent, patient and focused, who impressed us every step of the way. Taylor Wessing were always the obvious choice to advise us on this transaction as they are not only leaders in the market, but also share our same dedication to long term relationship building and client focused approach.
