Taylor Wessing advises aerospace company OHB SE on acquisition of GEOSYSTEMS GmbH

Taylor Wessing advised Bremen-based aerospace company OHB SE on the acquisition of GEOSYSTEMS GmbH, one of the leading companies for the evaluation and processing of sensor data from earth observation satellites. The transaction was signed and closed on 14 February 2022. OHB was legally advised by M&A specialists Robert Wethmar, Amir-Said Ghassabeh and Sven-Alexander Bolay.

With this acquisition, the OHB Group is adding an important skill to its OHB DIGITAL business unit in the development of the promising satellite data value chain.
