Securing $25 million commitment for AppLearn

Taylor Wessing has advised AppLearn, the global specialists in Digital Adoption Solutions, on its investment by K1 Investment Management (K1), a leading investment firm focusing on high-growth enterprise software companies.

K1’s investment will enable AppLearn to grow its global presence and develop its product suite, known as ADOPT.

ADOPT is an AI-powered Digital Adoption Solution that helps world-leading organizations to optimize their investments in digital transformation.

Commenting on the deal, Mike Turner, Partner and International Head of Technology, Media and Communications at Taylor Wessing, said: “We have expertise in advising tech companies throughout their lifecycle and here we have been able to help AppLearn realise the next stage of its ambitions.
