Jam City Inc., a leader in mobile entertainment, continues its global expansion with the acquisition of Berlin-based 231 Play GmbH, a mobile gaming studio founded in 2016 that strives to update and reimagine timeless game mechanics to usher them into the current age of digital gaming.
With a team led by Hamburg/Berlin-based partner Dr. Jens Wolf, Taylor Wessing has provided comprehensive legal advice to Jam City Inc. in connection with the acquisition of 231 Play GmbH.
The Founders and managing directors Matthias and Thomas Hoechsmann will continue to manage development and operations from the company’s new Berlin studio.
