Taylor Wessing advises Keysight Technologies, Inc. on acquisition of Scienlab electronic systems

New York Stock Exchange listed Keysight Technologies, Inc., the world's leading electronic measurement company, acquires ScienLab electronic systems GmbH (Bochum, Germany) and Scienlab electronic systems China Co., Ltd. (Shenyang, China). Taylor Wessing has been advising Keysight Technologies on this transaction in Germany and China. Scienlab offers customer-specific test solutions for electronic components in the automotive and industrial sectors. With its global headquarters in Santa Rosa, California, and nearly 10,500 employees worldwide, Keysight Technologies delivers solutions in wireless communications, aerospace and defense and semiconductor markets. Keysight Technologies generates sales of 2.9 billion US-Dollars serving customers in more than 100 countries. The parties agreed not to reveal the purchase price. The competent merger control authorities have cleared the transaction.
