Members of our Banking and Finance and M&A and Capital Markets teams in Vienna answered a series of 20 country specific questions on Project Finance laws and regulations applicable in Austria. These include typical ownership structures for project companies in Austria, an analysis of typical forms of credit support and common funding structures, and consideration of security interests and how such interests should be perfected. Further, key project risks and regulatory hurdles were analysed, including those in relation to ESG.
