At Taylor Wessing we champion gender equality, equity and a progressive workplace. Led by our Balance in Business network, we work to ensure we level the playing field, so gender isn't a factor for career success.

As part of this work throughout March we celebrate Women's History Month, together with International Women's Day on 8 March. The theme for this year's International Women's Day is #EmbraceEquity, which encourages everyone to recognise the difference between equality and equity.

We'll be supporting the 2023 campaign throughout March with a series of internal and external initiatives to highlight the importance of going beyond equal opportunities to encourage opportunities that are equitable and suitable for differences. This includes our video series below, where our people share what Women's History Month and International Women's Day mean to them and discuss the inspirational women that have impacted their personal and professional lives.

Find out more about diversity and our responsible business approach in our Responsible Business Impact Report.
