As part of this work throughout March we celebrate Women's History Month, together with International Women's Day on 8 March. The theme for this year's International Women's Day is #EmbraceEquity, which encourages everyone to recognise the difference between equality and equity.
We'll be supporting the 2023 campaign throughout March with a series of internal and external initiatives to highlight the importance of going beyond equal opportunities to encourage opportunities that are equitable and suitable for differences.
