Welcome to April's Law at Work! We felt that you might need a break from GDPR, so this month we have two feature articles – the first is based upon our first-hand experience of advising clients facing an immigration audit from the Home Office and the lessons for all employers with sponsor licences. Our second article is on shared parental leave, including whether it's necessary to offer the same enhanced pay to those taking it as to mothers on maternity leave.
If, on the other hand, you would like to know more about GDPR for HR, then you can go to HR data: GDPR and beyond on our website, including a free assessment tool to see what you still need to do – or contact Taylor Wessing for more advice.
