- Legal potential for building a digital organisation - customer relationship. Digitalization of contracting, communication and the client service process. Trends in the market (including, biometrics, digital identity, smart contracts) and their legal context.
- Remote onboarding of clients. Will the EBA and the Polish FSA Guidelines set the standard also for the leasing industry?
- Major tax changes affecting leasing activities; lessor's and lessee's perspective.
