Lieke van Daele

Lieke is a senior associate in the Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets group. She advises in all matters of corporate and commercial law, in particular in national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and commercial contracts.

Lieke specialises in Dutch corporate law in the field of (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and corporate governance. She also has particular expertise in (international) commercial contracts, including contracts regarding various sales channels, like distribution, commercial agency and franchise, as well as other commercial trade contracts such as terms of sale and general conditions, production, purchase, sale, and other continuing performance contracts.
