Kristell Cattani is a Partner in charge of the Restructuring Department of Taylor Wessing in Paris. Kristell assists her clients, managers of companies in difficulty, in all aspects of safeguard, reorganizatio or liquidation proceedings.
In 2014 she co-founded the boutique Lantourne & Associés, then worked as a freelance lawyer in 2020 before joining Taylor Wessing.
A graduate of the ALED Master's degree under the supervision of Professor François-Xavier Lucas and holder of a DESS in European competition law (University of Paris II, 1999) and a DEA in business law (University of Paris I, 1998), she began her career with Maurice Lantourne, before following him in 2006 at Fried Frank, then in 2009 at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
