Taylor Wessing advised New Mountain Capital and Grant Thornton Advisors on the integration of Grant Thornton France.
The first integrated global multidisciplinary professional services platform created in 2024 with the support of the New Mountain Capital investment fund, Grant Thornton Advisors already includes several international Grant Thornton firms, such as those in the United States, Ireland, the Netherlands, etc.
The integration of Grant Thornton France, which has 2,800 professionals in 20 offices across the country, gives Grant Thornton Advisors a total of more than 16,500 employees in nearly 100 offices. The platform, which remains part of the Grant Thornton International Limited network, offers a customer experience that includes enhanced solutions and expertise.
This merger gives the French firm the opportunity to accelerate its growth strategy and achieve its ambitions through easier access to new technologies, the targeted acquisition of new expertise, and the optimization of Grant Thornton's international leverage.
