We are proud to share the outstanding academic achievements of Adrian Bielecki, Counsel in our Competition and Consumer Protection team.
On 12 June 2025, Adrian received the Award of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) for the best doctoral dissertation on competition protection. This recognition was received during a ceremonial gala celebrating works that make a significant contribution to the development of both Polish and international competition law.
In addition, Adrian’s dissertation won second place in the prestigious national competition for the best doctoral dissertation, organised by Polskie Wydawnictwo Ekonomiczne S.A. (PWE) and the editorial team of Przegląd Ustawodawstwa Gospodarczego (PUG).
His awarded dissertation, titled: "Counteracting anti-competitive personal associations in capital companies’ bodies under Polish, EU and American law", sheds important light on an emerging area in antitrust compliance and governance.
We warmly congratulate Adrian on these exceptional achievements and are delighted that his expertise and dedication continue to enrich our team. We also wish him further success in his academic and professional journey!
