We have advised U.S. based Day Wireless Systems on its acquisition of Sigma Wireless Communications (SWC), a leading communications solutions provider headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
The acquisition of Sigma Wireless Communications marks a strategic move to establish a more significant footprint in the European and international markets.
