We have advised Erisbeg on its acquisition of a majority stake in CHM Group, Ireland's leading traffic management services provider.
CHM Group offers an extensive range of services including traffic management, white lining and motorway maintenance, with notable projects such as the M50 and Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport. The company generated revenues exceeding €28 million in 2023.
Established in 2017, Erisbeg has rapidly built a reputation for investing in high-potential businesses across Ireland and the UK. This transaction marks another significant milestone for Erisbeg following their recent sale of Medray Imaging Systems to UK Private Equity fund LDC. The investment in CHM brings the total number of businesses backed by Erisbeg to 29 across 6 B2B sectors with consolidation and expansion opportunities.
Completion of the transaction is subject to approval from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
