We've achieved Mansfield Rule UK certification and recommits participation for a third year

We are pleased to announce that we have achieved Mansfield UK Certification Plus, as we continue our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal sector.

Mansfield aims to increase and sustain diversity in leadership within law firms by broadening the pool of underrepresented lawyers who are considered for leadership positions and promotions. 

To achieve Mansfield UK Certification Plus, we have collaborated with Diversity Lab over a 12-month Certification Plus period with built-in measurement, transparency, and accountability mechanisms. This high level of transparency is part of our responsible business strategy to diversify our talent pool.
