Our IP team wins at the Managing IP EMEA Awards 2023

We have won European Trade Mark Firm of Year and Impact Case of the Year at the Managing IP EMEA Awards 2023 organised by Managing Intellectual Property, a leading global resource for IP news and analysis. 

The Managing IP awards recognise firms, individuals, and companies behind the most innovative and challenging IP work of the past year. The awards are a result of a rigorous process, where the research analysts obtained information from thousands of firms, IP practitioners and their clients through interviews, email, and online surveys.

This is the third time that we have won European Trade Mark Firm of the Year, which is a great testament to the consistent strength and high quality of our international trade mark offering. In addition, this is also the fourth time we have won Impact Case of the Year, this year representing Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and Viatris in relation to Novartis' drug Gilenya® (fingolimod). The firm successfully defended an application by Novartis for an interim injunction. Novartis discontinued the litigation prior to a UK trial.
