Advising AMCS on its agreement to acquire Quentic

We have advised AMCS, a leading global supplier of integrated cloud-based software and vehicle technology for the environmental, utilities, waste, recycling, and resource industries, on its agreement to acquire Quentic, one of the leading solution providers of SaaS for EHSQ and ESG management.

With this acquisition, AMCS will be positioned to broaden its expertise in the environmental services industry globally and continue to expand its customer base. With a combined 4,000 customers supported by over 1,000 employees, AMCS is on a trajectory to achieve run rate revenues greater than €180 million by the end of the year.

Commenting on the transaction, private equity partners Ed Waldron and Dr. Peter Hellich said: "We are delighted to have supported AMCS on its acquisition of Quentic as they join forces to drive a sustainable future, a mission our firm champions. We look forward to seeing the impact of the partnership in this exciting new chapter for the business."
