Talent Director Wendy Tomlinson crowned 'Best People Leader' at People in Law Awards

Our Talent Director Wendy Tomlinson has received the accolade of 'Best People Leader' at the People in Law Awards 2022. The award was sponsored by professional services recruitment agency, Totum Partners. 

People in Law is a network that aims to advance people management across the legal sector and the annual awards recognise the very best in the industry. In a robust and rigorous process, the awards are judged by a panel of experts from the world of HR and law.

Since joining the firm in 2015, Wendy has taken the lead on talent resourcing, advisory and development activities and has driven forward the firm's strategy to enable people to lead, learn and develop in an inclusive environment. She was appointed to the firm’s Board as Director of Talent in 2018.
