TaxTech – Taylor Wessing advises Visionaries Club on Series B financing round of Taxdoo with a total volume of around 57 million euros

The well-known Berlin-based venture capital fund Visionaries Club has participated in the Series B financing round of Hamburg-based Taxdoo GmbH with a total volume of around 57 million euros. A team of the international law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Hamburg-based partner Jens Wolf, advised Visionaries Club on all legal issues in connection with Taxdoo’s Series B financing round as part of the long-standing client relationship with Visionaries Club.

In addition to Visionaries Club, new investor Tiger Global and existing shareholders Accel and 20VC invested in the course of Taxdoo's Series B funding round.

Taxdoo offers its customers a platform-based solution which can, for example, automatically process VAT returns.
