Cyber Security – Taylor Wessing advises Tenzir on Seed financing round

As part of its Seed financing round Hamburg-based Tenzir GmbH has raised capital from eCAPITAL. A team from the international law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Hamburg-based partner Jens Wolf, advised Tenzir on all legal issues in connection with the Seed financing round.

Tenzir provides IT security organisations with a highly modularised, open cyber security platform. Such platform is an autonomous system that combines various IT solutions for individual issues regarding cyber security.
