Dr hab. Konrad Kohutek attained the title of professor of legal sciences
Our long-standing of-counsel, Dr. hab. Konrad Kohutek from our Warsaw office attained the title of professor of legal sciences.
Prof. Kohutek has been with Taylor Wessing since 2016. He is a member of the Competition, EU & Trade team. He specialises in public commercial law and has comprehensive expertise in antitrust law and regulatory issues.

Prof. Kohutek is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, as well as of the School of German Law and the School of American Law of that university. He is also a scholarship holder of the Ministry of National Education at the University of Salzburg and of the Alexander Humboldt Foundation at the University of Heidelberg. Currently he is the Head of the Public Economic Law Department at the Faculty of Law, Administration and International Relations of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzejewski Academy in Krakow.

Prof. Kohutek jest absolwentem Wydziału Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego w Krakowie, a także Szkoły Prawa Niemieckiego i Szkoły Prawa Amerykańskiego tego uniwersytetu. Jest również stypendystą Ministerstwa Edukacji Narodowegj na Uniwerystecie w Salzburgu oraz Fundacji im. Aleksandra Humboldta na Uniwersytecie w Heidelbergu. Aktualnie piastuje stanowisko kierownika Katedry Prawa Publicznego Gospodarczego na Wydziale Prawa, Administracji i Stosunków Międzynarodowych Akademii im. Andrzeja Frycza Modrzejewskiego w Krakowie.
