Advising buyer in acquisition of City Park Hostivař
We have represented a Western investor in the acquisition of City Park Hostivař, a Prague city logistics asset located in Prague 10. The new two-storey complex with an area of almost 11,000 sqm comprises warehouse, retail and office spaces and allows the tenants to benefit from the combination of showrooms or offices with warehouse facilities. City Park Hostivař is located in a well-established Prague industrial zone and is easily accessible by both individual and public transport.
