We have advised RBH Hospitality Management, the UK's leading hospitality management company, on a management agreement for the operation of a new Holiday Inn hotel to be developed as part of a major regeneration project in Blackpool.
The project consists of a one million square foot development and, in partnership with Blackpool Borough Council, will deliver a new central business district and civic quarter around Blackpool North railway station and Talbot Road which will revitalise the central area of Blackpool and help establish it as a key commercial centre in the region. The Holiday Inn hotel will sit at the heart of this landmark urban regeneration.
Andrew Robb, Chief Business Development Officer for RBH, said: "The Blackpool regeneration is an exciting project and we are delighted to be managing the brand new Holiday Inn hotel which will be at its heart. Taylor Wessing provided first-class commercial advice throughout the entire process and live up to their reputation as one of the UK's leading advisors to the hospitality industry."
Richard Bursby, Head of Hotels & Leisure, said: "The new hotel couldn't be in better hands with RBH. We greatly look forward to seeing the hotel up and running as part of a revitalised Blackpool."
