We advised the Long Tall Sally group, an e-commerce clothing and shoe retailer, on the sale of its assets and stock to AK Retail Holdings Limited, the owner of Yours Clothing.
Long Tall Sally is a UK brand specialising in apparel for tall women. It was part of the TriStyle Group, backed by private equity fund Equistone.
The sale of Long Tall Sally's assets included intellectual property and customer lists.
