Advising Monzo on £60 million Series G fundraising

We have advised digital bank Monzo Bank on its £60 million Series G fundraising round.

The round includes existing investors Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Accel, Stripe, Goodwater, Orange, Thrive, Passion Capital, and some new investors.

The fundraising required expertise drawn from our corporate technology and financial services regulatory practices.

Commenting on the recent announcement, Angus Miln said:
