Taylor Wessing announces its latest developments with new leadership appointments in Private Wealth, Corporate and Commercial Tech & Data.
Ronald Graham has been appointed as UK Head of Private Wealth. Ronald joined the firm in 2011 and is recognised as a leading ultra-high net worth lawyer. He specialises in corporate advice, particularly for owners and investors of commercial property. Ronald will support partner and International Head of Private Wealth, Nick Warr.
Vinod Bange from TWUK and Svenja Maucher from TWG have also been appointed in new international roles as Co-Heads of International Commercial Technology & Data.
Commenting on the appointments, Managing Partner Shane Gleghorn, said: "Data is one of the most critical issues facing our clients. A significant number of our clients have a business model that is based on growth, revenue and strategic ambitions that are reliant on data and technology to deliver success. We are therefore growing our teams to address the increasing challenges of global data protection risk, compliance, cyber security and resilience. Accordingly, the increased investment and development of our international Commercial Technology & Data offering is a natural step for us to ensure we can provide excellent service to our clients that are in the technology and data rich areas of business.
Our reputation internationally for advice in the Private Wealth sector is long-established. The combined expertise from Ronald and Nick, and their teams, will ensure that our clients, and the next generation of clients, will be able to grow their businesses, while navigating the increasing challenges in the investment landscape. These are all areas where we have made significant investments in enhancing our offering for clients."
