Taylor Wessing has advised Canadian live event and video production company, Ross Video, on its acquisition of Piero Sports Graphics business from Red Bee Media, a subsidiary of Ericsson.
Used by high profile broadcasters and sports clubs, Piero Sports Graphics is a sports analysis toolset providing new angles and virtual views of events through 3D graphics and image recognition.
As part of the acquisition, Ross Video will continue to deliver Piero Sports Graphics to Red Bee Media customers, and Piero Red Bee Media employees will be transferred to Ross Video.
