Taylor Wessing advises General Catalyst on Series D Financing Round in Contentful
The international law firm Taylor Wessing advised General Catalyst on the 33.5 million US Dollars series D financing in Contentful which was led by Sapphire Ventures, along with OMERS Ventures and Salesforce Ventures. Besides General Catalyst the existing investors Benchmark, Balderton and Hercules participated. The round puts the total funding raised to date to 78.5 million US Dollars.
Contentful is a content infrastructure company which offers content management systems (CMS) enabling the distribution of content on various platforms in a more fast and efficient way than those of competitors. Contentful has seen adoption in the enterprise, from Fortune 500 companies to disrupting tech companies and top digital agencies
