The government has announced this year's increase in compensation limits in employment tribunal claims. These are:
The new limits will apply to dismissals occurring on or after 6th April 2022.
On 24 February we hosted a webinar which considered the return to the workplace in the light of easing of COVID restrictions including health and safety considerations, new working safely guidance, mask policies and the potential of a four day working week.
